The Real Story with Noahide Laws Course and Netiv

1. Why I have Disclosed the Following Information

1) I and people involved with Noahide Nations are tired of getting kicked around and used as a doormat by alleged Noahides and Jews who profess to be observing the Torah.  So we will now be taking a stand against any entities or individuals who decide they want to attack/destroy Noahide Nations.  We will also be reviewing and/or investigating any complaints submitted about offenders that you submit to us.

2) The Noahide Movement cannot afford to have these sorts of things occurring because, when you think about it, who would want to be part of the Noahide Movement when there is this kind of risk in doing so.  They can go back to church and get that!

3) As Noahides we are to seek justice and help our fellow man, if we can.  We also need to look out for each other when we can.  I recall an incident prior to the Noahide Nations World Conference in 2008 involving a Noahide Yahoo group.  A women called me in tears and while crying explained that she posted a simple message that she was going to the conference and would any woman want to share a hotel room?  With this the leaders of the group decided to assault this 72 year old woman and terrorize her for going to the conference and asking such a question on their group.  This wonderful lady had already paid the registration fee but wanted to cancel because of what these people did and back in 2008 there were very few groups online.  I was able to calm her down and told her that I would do everything I possibly could to find her a roommate and if I did not succeed I would refund the fee.  Well, just as HaShem would have it, I found a woman who was coming over from the UK and she was so grateful for the opportunity to share a room.  It turns out that they were the same age and the lady from the UK was the absolute life of the party.  They became great friends and stayed in contact.

This is what I am talking about as an example of helping out our fellow man/woman.  When arrogant, self righteous people dump all over someone we need to be at the ready with a towel and help clean them up.  There are opportunities like this on a regular basis if we just keep our eyes open.

4) Like number 3, the following email talks of another circumstance that I was unaware of until I was praying to HaShem about whether or not to expose these people.  While praying, this email came in at the exact same time, and gave me my answer.  Here is that email.

Dear Ray,

I want to thank you for the work you have done investigating renegade "rabbis." This is so important as spiritual abuse is at least as devastating as sexual abuse, and all the worse when spiritual and sexual abuse are combined.
I do not want my name or experience publicized. My explicit letter of testimony was part of the divorce and custody hearing for XXXXX and second wife XXXX.I knew XXXXX was in XXXXX upon his return from Israel. He lived with me and my son for 2 years. We are fortunate that we did not suffer worse consequences of knowing him than we did. He is completely narcissistic and left indelible aversions to "orthodoxy" as he lived it. 

His use of seduction, his drug use, his studies of hypnosis and sadism all combine to make him dangerous. His idea of "kabbalah" is that what is imagined, spoken, becomes truth, thereby validating his lying.  He feeds off of the vulnerability and stories of past abuse to enable his place as a trusted partner to continue the cycle. He uses sex to shame any woman who has trusted him, as that convinces him of his power. 

He deliberately chooses single mothers and/or non-Jews or agnostic Jews to prey on as they aren't so well equipped to question his "authority." He has fantasies of sexual acting out with children. Years after I had any contact, one of his oldest best friends said XXXX said that he had rubbed up (fraternized) a 10 year old girl at a temple. So much for Repenting and Learning from his mistakes. 

He continues to be a danger as his publishing career expands and pushes out your investigations for anyone trying to see who XXXXX really is.  I appreciate the work you have done. The truth has gotten corrupted by a legal system that he has cleverly evaded by his sociopath character and manipulation.

Though the circumstance may be different in this case, the point is still the same.  The point is that we are responsible for helping our fellow man.  Half of the 10 commandments are how to have a relationship with our fellow man.  The Noahide Laws are no different.  Remember what Sir Edmund Burke said about evil.  Reading this email and all the information provided you also know what my decision was.

2. I Owe Everyone an Apology.

Due to the actions of Dennis Humphreys of Netiv/Noahide Online/Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim, I want to sincerely apologize to our entire student body, our Facebook members, those on our mailing list and everyone else who may have been affected by these actions.  Against the wishes of myself as the President/Founder of Noahide Nations Dennis decided to utilize our education platform to announce his and Rod Bryant's new Netiv venture with Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim.  It is very sad that they did this because it leaves a stain on all Noahides who actually observe the Torah for Noahides.  Dennis has also, without notifying Noahide Nations, used our Noahide Nations Business Page to place advertisement’s to promote this program.  This is considered theft by any definition of the word.  Do you recall why HaShem destroyed Mankind with the flood???

Because of this theft I will also be calling everyone I have phone numbers for to personally apologize as I do not know, with certainty yet, how extensive the damage is after Dennis' theft.  Nonetheless, it is my responsibility to protect all the information given to us by everyone who has provided information to us.  I have been able to do so for 16 years until Dennis came along.  We are working towards making our sites even more secure than they already are.

I have created additional sections, that follow, to show why we no longer are part of Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim and who the other people are that are involved in this entire issue.  They have caused this to be completely blown out of proportion.  Their desire to bring harm to Noahide Nations and/or myself will be self evident.  Noahide Nations has now been forced to defend itself, once again, against those who seek to destroy us.  Many have tried and failed, and, presumably, many more will try.  However, we stand at the ready to defend ourselves and anyone else who is being treated badly by these or other supposed Torah observant Noahides and Jews.

I do wish to thank everyone who has provided me with information regarding this latest assault and there are my.  It is nice to know that so many people have concern for us and that there are so many eyes monitoring what is going on in the Noahide Community, both good and bad.  The actions of these three entities seem to have made Noahide Torah followers, including us, into some kind of watch dog against Torah violating non-Jews and Jews alike.  I, personally, never thought I would be forced into this position and I'm sure you didn't either, because there are far more important matters that need to be addressed.  However, with these entities gunning for us I guess it's the way it has to be.  And, so it will be.  If you believe you are being unfairly treated, learning to violate Torah or anything else please allow us to be your investigators and we will do whatever is necessary to make things right.

Again, please accept my apologies for this most recent malicious acts perpetrated by Dennis Humphreys, Netiv and Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim.  Please, forgive us.

3. Response to Dennis Humphrey's Most Recent Post

The above post from Dennis has gone out over the Internet and in particular Facebook.  Though I can't read Dennis' mind, I can read what he wrote and it seems clear to me what his intent is.  I had multiple concerned Noahides send copies of this post to me.  However, I will comment on what Dennis has written from my perspective.

1) "Noahide's Let's Study Together!!"  I have no idea why, after reviewing all the information currently provided in the following sections, you would want to learn anything from these people.

2) "This is the original course that Noahide Nations offered."  Dennis is correct with this statement except for one major difference.  The course we offer was taught by Rabbi Avraham Chaim Bloomenstiel, who was the researcher and author of the course.  Rabbi Bloomenstiel is one of the best teachers that I have had the pleasure of studying with.  He is an Orthodox Jew who follows Torah to the letter, unlike the teachers who they are allowing to teach this righteous work.  He is also correct in that Noahide Nations was the first organization that partnered with Pirchei Shoshanim to offer this course.  Yes, we were there from the very beginning and spent 10's of thousands of dollars to carry this program for nearly 7 years.  Neither Dennis Humphreys or Rod Bryant contributed anything to the development of this course.  The only thing Dennis did was steal the course name that is owned by Noahide Nations and has been used for 6 plus years.  This is very apparent when you read the title of the book that Pirchei Shoshanim published under the title 'The Noahide Laws'.  The final thought I have is that Dennis in using the name of our course and mentioning Noahide Nations in order to capitalize on the previous 7 years of effort put forth by Noahide Nations in bringing this course to the attention of the Noahide World Community.    

3) "We now have the exclusive rights to this course."  Dennis has allowed his ego to get the better of him with this statement.  They do not have the exclusive rights to this course.  The exact lessons that Rabbi Bloomenstiel authored are in the book 'The Noahide Laws'.  Anyone can teach from this book just like every teacher on the planet does in their classrooms.  For him to say that he now has the exclusive rights and that only they can teach this course is absurd.

4) "Anyone offering this course would be in violation of Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim Copyright".  Another absurd statement made by Dennis, see #3.  Everyone on planet Earth can teach the Noahide Laws utilizing 'The Noahide Laws' book or any one of a multitude of books written on the subject such as 'The Divine Code', 'The Seven Laws of Noah', 'Guide for the Noahide' and others, including the 'The Noahide Laws' published in 2007, the same title that Pirchei Shoshanim hijacked for the title of their book. 

5) "This is excellent, in depth study of every aspect of the Noahide lifestyle and we are offering it free to those who want to learn."  Here again, Dennis is correct with his statement about it being an "in depth study".  Unfortunately, it is being taught by teachers who have an attitude of "do as I say, not as I do".  However, you need to discover this for yourself in the following sections to determine if these are the people you really want to learn Torah or anything else from.  On a final note, Dennis uses the word "FREE" to lure you in to their teachings.  My analogy on this is to say, that if you needed brain surgery would you want a surgeon who charges for his ability or the surgeon who operates for free?  That's how important this is.  Learning Torah, especially from proper teachers, is a gift from HaShem and offering this course for free diminishes the value of the course, the author and everyone who had to pay for the course.  That's right, Pirchei Shoshanim (Fishel Todd) made us charge $500 dollars per student and we have been made to charge people ever since.  Even I had to pay to take the course but I was happy to do that.  People who could not afford the course due to financial difficulties, I paid for their tuition out of my own pocket so they could take the course.  I wonder why Fishel is not giving the book away like he is giving the course away?  In my research I have never found a yeshiva that you could attend for "FREE", anywhere in the world.  That's like saying that the years of studying that a Jew is required to do to become a Rabbi and/or a teacher of Torah has no value in the world.  What a shame. 

I am expecting some big time blow back for exposing this information in the following sections, but I can only deal with it when it happens and I assure you, I will!  Even though it will be a 3 on 1 match up I will be very happy to fight to the bitter end, if necessary.

4. Creation of Noahide Laws and Life Cycle Course

Many people in the Noahide world are asking how and why is Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim and Netiv working together?  Everyone knows that it was Noahide Nations who brought the Noahide Laws & Life Cycle course to the worldwide Noahide community. 

I am going to share a thumb nail sketch of how this course got off the ground and then talk about how it came to pass that Netiv got involved.

In 2014 Noahide Nations was approached by Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim to form a partnership to launch a Noahide Laws course.  Fishel Todd flew out to Dallas and he, Rabbi Avraham Bloomenstiel and myself, Ray Pettersen, met in my office to discuss the necessary steps for the creation of this course and how it would be introduced to the world.  In my mind I thought about "why it took so long for the Jewish people to come around?".  So, I asked that very question but neither one had an answer for me.  I moved on to my next question, why did they select Noahide Nations to partner with?  Fishel told me that they had investigated other Noahide groups and concluded that Noahide Nations was the one they could trust the most and that we would do the work necessary to get the course off the ground.  He was right in both cases.  We drafted a contract and began work.  My real point here is that Noahide Nations was there from the very beginning, even before the first word was even put on paper.

Noahide Nations put forth a significant effort and expenses to promote the upcoming course to the Noahide community.  I, myself, spent weeks talking with Noahides all across the country to get students registered for the course.  Our first class had 22 students.  A pretty good start considering the course wasn't even complete and had certainly never been taught before.  For this effort Noahide Nations was given 20% of the proceeds.  By the way Noahide Nations has never broken even on revenues vs. expenses.  But, to get this information out into the world was far more important.

All three parties had their role to play; Noahide Nations would seek and register students, Rabbi Bloomenstiel researched and authored the course and Pirchei Shoshanim was to provide the virtual conference room, advertise and help get students registered as well as sign graduation certificates.  Pirchei provided a terrible conference platform, never registered a single student but Fishel did sign his name on certificates.  For their effort Pirchei received 80% of the proceeds.  After a very short time we were forced to bring the classes onto the Noahide Nations education platform, 'The Academy of Shem'.  This was fine because we used the course to implement our Nagid clergy program.

Then it came to light that Fishel Todd had been arrested, tried and convicted of multiple felony fraud charges for stealing millions of dollars from innocent people.  This is when everything changed for Noahide Nations, myself and Rabbi Bloomenstiel.  Noahide Nations, basically took the entire program under its wing and kept the program going, including paying Rabbi Bloomenstiel to continue researching and fine tuning all the text for the course.  We had taught this course, live, for six years before turning it into a self study course.

Enter Dennis Humphreys who I allowed to participate in the course for free.  He harped on me for several months that I should give the course away.  My response was that we get very little support, in the way of donations, from the Noahide community and virtually none from the Jewish world.  There are, of course, exceptions but we try to pay the bills with book sales and any revenue generated from the course.  The main reason I told him no was the fact that in giving it away we would have marginalized its value to Mankind and people would not take it seriously.  This was certainly the case with Dennis.

Before I move on to the players in this fiasco I would like to share that even when Fishel Todd was serving time in prison we carried this program on our backs and his son Yoseph took care of the day to day business at Pirchei.  Additionally, that terms of the contract had to be changed so that Noahide Nations was now receiving the 80% and Pirchei the 20%.  They deposited Noahide Nations checks through February of 2020.

5. Who is Dennis Humphreys?

Dennis Humphreys calls himself a Noahide but his actions over the years having indicated something a bit different.  Now in Dennis' defense he has done some good work with Noahide Nations.  He has helped with our world conference DVD's and created a Roku Channel for Noahide Nations.  Now, he has done this for others as well so in this regard he has helped a number of people.  However, I will have to say that he is a very difficult personality to work with but then again, I may be as well.  Unfortunately, this argumentative character trait flowed over into the classroom of the Noahide Laws & Life Cycle Course during Class 7.  I had students contact me to complain about his constant disruptions during class and even argued with the Rabbi teaching the class.  The Rabbi he argued with is now the Rabbi they are using to teach their course, Rabbi Glucksman.  Dennis challenged many of the teaching in the course that he has hijacked from Noahide Nations.  Dennis always seems to want it to go his way regardless of it being the wrong way or not.  We all have correction that needs to be done and HaShem works with each of us to improve, if we are willing.

Dennis is the main instigator of this entire hijacking of the Noahide Laws & Life Cycle Course that Noahide Nation help create and build.  He took all the effort that Noahide Nations has made over the past 7 years and took it for himself.  Fishel Todd helped him do it because he is angry at me for not communicating with him while he was in prison.

Dennis even used our Academy of Shem to send announcements inviting our student body to come and join his 1 week old organization.  This was done without any permission or authorization from Noahide Nations.   He was basically trying to recruit our student body away from Noahide Nations.  Once again, Dennis, stole what it took Noahide Nations 16 years to create and used it against us.  Below is an example of the theft that Dennis executed using our web site.  The messaging system is purely for communicating with other students about a class they were taking or to ask a Rabbi instructor a question.  It was never intended for the purpose for self promoting yourself or your organization.  Later Dennis and his crew started threatening me about removing the Noahide Laws & Life Cycle Course from our web site.  I have been forced to revoked Dennis' Nagid credential because Noahide Nations can not be associated with people who teach Torah with a philosophy of "do as I say, not as I do"!  A person with this mentality should never be allowed to teach Torah.   Noahide Nations will have nothing to do with Dennis Humphreys or anything he is involved in ever again.

For the past week or so I have been getting emails, Facebook messaging and a few phone calls regarding Dennis and Netiv.  I have decided to share some of them so you get a third party opinion as well.

"I warned people to be weary of Netiv due to their 'ger' connections. My initial feelings were correct. This smells to high heaven."

"I just don't care for Netiv, they have a weird way of doing things and teaching people."

"Dennis asked me to teach lessons, so I asked him about how he got access to all the lessons to charge for classes. He said, you told him it was open for all and there wasn't any issues with Noahide Nations..."  I never told Dennis anything of the kind.

"I told a bunch of Noahides to stay away from this project until more things were clear. I felt like a jerk, but I had a bad feeling about all of it."

"Looks like a power grab. I don't trust Rod Bryant, they blocked me from their site when I pushed back and asked questions about certain topics..."

"I told other Noahide leaders to be weary. I was going to contact you sooner, because I didn't think anyone would act so underhandedly and so out in the open. Dennis is on every noahide group advertising his organization and offering the YPS course through Netiv."

"Dennis got an attitude real quick when I asked him some details of Noahide law. He really doesn't know the material very well."

"I became real skeptical of his venture. Real quick.'  'Well, I stand with Noahide Nations, you have been great support. If I can help, keep me in the loop."

Dennis has been using the Noahide Nations Facebook Group page to promote himself and the course.  He has also used Noahide Nations Facebook Business page for the same purpose.  See some of this below.  Now, it is not illegal for him to do this but the real question is should he have done this?  Also, what do you think his intentions were, to help or hurt Noahide Nations?!

Here is the final email I received from Dennis.  So, for those of you that Dennis had lied to about Noahide Nations saying all of this was OK with us.  It is not and never has been, and Dennis knows it.

6. Who is Fishel Todd of Pirchei Shoshanim?

I met Fishel Todd back in 2014 in a meeting at my office in Richardson, TX.  Rabbi Bloomenstiel was the one who introduced me to Fishel at this meeting.  I understand that Fishel Todd has help many Jewish men become Rabbi's as well as being a main endorser for putting Rabbi's into Chaplain positions within the military.  For me to say that he has not helped people would be totally inaccurate.

Having said that in late 2014 it began to come to light that Fishel had been arrested and charged with multiple felony counts of fraud.  He was convicted along with a team of other felon's who perpetrated these crimes on hundreds of innocent people and their families, possibly thousands.  I, myself, have not seen a "victim's list".  The money stolen, as a result of their criminal activity, was in the 10's of millions.  In fact Fishel beat the other felons to the US Attorney's office to turn states evidence in exchange for a reduced sentence.  He, certainly, didn't do it because it was the right thing to do!  If this were the case, he never would have stolen millions in the first place.  His reduced sentence still put him in prison for a number of years and is required to pay back $6,1 million to his victims at $500.00 per month.  This also proves that the current justice system in place in the USA is fraught with Judge's who don't know what justice is and why a Noahide Justice system is necessary.  All this Judge did was prove that "crime does pay".  But, you can imagine how much money was actually stolen by this team of felons.

I am sharing all this with you for a number of reasons starting with the fact that Rabbi Bloomenstiel and I had strongly considered disassociating ourselves from Fishel Todd and Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim.  Neither of us wanted our names associated with this criminal activity in any way.  Rabbi Bloomenstiel tried to find another Yeshiva to take up the project but no one wanted to get involved, for any number of reasons.  This, of course, was very disheartening for both of us.  So we took over the project from Pirchei Shoshanim and Noahide Nations paid them 20% of all course revenue to use the Pirchei Shoshanim name and have his son, Rabbi Yoseph Todd, sign the graduation certificates.  Noahide Nations also paid Rabbi Bloomenstiel tens of thousands of dollars to continue researching, authoring and teaching the lessons in the course. 

Because I had paid Rabbi Bloomenstiel 10's of thousands of dollars I assumed, wrongly, that Noahide Nations would be getting the copyrights to the course.  However, without being allowed to raise an objection, Rabbi Bloomenstiel told me that he had signed the copyrights over to Fishel.  I love Rabbi Bloomenstiel and considered him my Rabbi and friend, so you can imagine how hurt I was that we were not getting the copyrights.  Of course, in my mind this was a tragic mistake.

Rabbi Bloomenstiel has offered to re-write the course and give us the copyright but with him being a trial attorney now, I don't know that this is even possible.  I told him that we would help him write the course and send him the lessons for him to edit.  We hope this will happen but we don't know for sure.

Back to Fishel Todd's continued and unjustified assault on Noahide Nations.  Even after I found out that Rabbi Bloomenstiel had given Fishel the copyrights neither one of us thought that Fishel would do what he is doing now.  He has threatened me with law suits, sent me a cease & desist notice and is now attacking the Philippines group that has joined Noahide Nations.  I find the grudge Fishel Todd is harboring towards me to be very childish and foolish.  Ever since he got out of prison he has had it out for me.  I don't intimidate easily so I welcome the opportunity to counter sue him for 100% of the copyrights in a courtroom.  I and Noahide Nations were there from the very beginning, even before the first word of the course was put on paper.  I guess the phrase "no good deed goes unpunished" is true.

There is much more I can tell about Fishel but I am not going to go into anymore about him.  Below you can see everything I have discussed as to his criminal activity is absolutely real.  So, now he has aligned himself with the Ger Gang which of course will damage the Noahide Movement.  If these are the people you wish to learn Noahide Torah from then you're not learning Noahide Torah at all.  This shows the reason why Noahide Nations is no longer affiliated with Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim or Fishel Todd.

Attorney Admits Role in Investment and Real Estate Frauds

TRENTON, NJ—An Ocean County, New Jersey, attorney today admitted his role in a scheme that defrauded investors in connection with a Facebook IPO and several real estate deals, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
Fred Todd, 61, of Lakewood, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Joel A. Pisano in Trenton federal court to an information charging him with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of transacting in criminal proceeds.

According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court:
Todd is an attorney with offices in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, and Los Angeles, California. His two co-defendants, Eliyahu Weinstein, 39, of Lakewood, and Aaron Glucksman, 41, of Brooklyn, New York, have already pleaded guilty to charges related to their roles in the scheme.

Weinstein, already convicted and sentenced to 22 years in prison in a separate Ponzi scheme, pleaded guilty on Sept. 3, 2014, to three counts of an indictment pending against him: one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, one count of committing wire fraud while on pretrial release, and one count of money laundering. He is scheduled to be sentenced on those charges on Dec. 15, 2014.

Glucksman has also pleaded guilty and was sentenced by Judge Pisano on May 5, 2014, to 52 months in prison, three years of supervised release, and ordered him to forfeit $1.2 million. Judge Pisano ordered Glucksman’s sentence to run partially concurrently with a 36-month sentence recently imposed by U.S. District Judge Raymond J. Dearie of the Eastern District of New York in an unrelated case.

In February 2012, Todd and his conspirators offered a pair of investors (referred to in the information as the “Facebook victims”) the opportunity to purchase large blocks of Facebook shares prior to the company’s initial public offering, or IPO, in May 2012. The offer was particularly attractive because large blocks of the shares were extremely difficult to get and were expected to increase in value at the time of the IPO. Weinstein and his conspirators did not actually have access to the shares.

Based on misrepresentations by the conspirators, the Facebook victims wired millions of dollars between February and March of 2012 to an account Weinstein and a conspirator controlled. Weinstein and another conspirator provided investors with false documents showing companies owned by various conspirators held assets, which would secure the Facebook victims’ investment.

The conspirators did not use any of the Facebook victims’ money to purchase Facebook shares, instead misappropriating it for their own use.

Around the same time, Todd and his conspirators also persuaded victims to invest in the purported purchase of an apartment complex in Florida. They told the victims that Weinstein had the opportunity to purchase the notes on the condominiums at a discounted price and immediately flip it at a substantial profit. The victims wired money to complete the purchase, but Todd and his conspirators instead used the money for their own purposes.

The conspiracy count to which Todd pleaded guilty carries a maximum potential penalty of 20 years in prison; the transacting in criminal proceeds count carries a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison. Both are also punishable by a potential fine of $250,000 or twice the gross loss or gain from the scheme, whichever is greater.

U.S. Attorney Fishman credited special agents of the FBI, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Aaron T. Ford in Newark, for the investigation leading to today’s guilty plea. He also thanked agents of IRS–Criminal Investigation, under the direction of Acting Special Agent in Charge Jonathan D. Larsen, for their role in the investigation.

The government is represented by Counsel to the U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig; Gurbir S. Grewal, Chief of the U.S. Attorney’s Office Economic Crimes Unit; Assistant U.S. Attorneys Zach Intrater of the Economic Crimes Unit; and Evan S. Weitz of the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Unit.

This case was brought in coordination with President Barack Obama’s Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force (FFETF) which was created in November 2009 to wage an aggressive, coordinated and proactive effort to investigate and prosecute financial crimes. With more than 20 federal agencies, 94 U.S. attorney’s offices and state and local partners, it’s the broadest coalition of law enforcement, investigatory and regulatory agencies ever assembled to combat fraud. Rabbi "General" Fredrik "Fishel" Todd Sentencing Hearing Transcript

The entire sentencing hearing transcript of Rabbi Fredrik "Fishel" Todd, the Lakewood-based US Army "General" (who really wasn't) who provided the US military with Orthodox and haredi chaplains. Todd was involved in the second
Eliyahu Weinstein fraud and turned government witness.

THE COURT: …I don't come to this in a vacuum. I don't come to this in a vacuum because I have presided over more cases from the Orthodox --involving the Orthodox Jewish community than I can count, and it is not only from the Weinstein case, the Weinstein fraud and its fallout, but from several other criminal cases that have found their way to this [court]room. I have had  experience, I think, more than any other judge in this Court in dealing with criminal cases that come out of this community. And we have heard argument over and over again about the strength of the community, the close-knit community, the support that one another receives from being a member of this community, and now we're worried about whether Mr. Todd's family is going to be ostracized. Well, this affinity fraud to which Mr. Intrater refers is terrible. It has been going on for centuries, and it has got to come to a stop, and the only way it comes to a stop is if the people in the community put a stop to it. So, the fact of the matter is if Mr. Todd's family finds themselves ostracized in some way from the balance of the Orthodox community in Lakewood, they should be congratulated and comfortable in my view and set an example.…You know, it is a consequence of Mr. Todd's conduct. It is a consequence of what he did. And he is to be commended, and he is entitled to a downward departure under the circumstance that the government presents because I have no doubt that the Torres factors are met. His cooperation was timely. He came forward before being charged. Indeed, I dare say the agents didn't get to the word "remain," much less "remain silent" in the first conversation. His information turned out to be accurate. It was useful in the sense that they were able to confirm what they already knew. And to the extent there are social ramifications of his cooperation, well, so be it. I recognize that that's the case, and he is to be recognized for it, and I will, I'm going to grant the government's application. The question is to what extent. But there's no question that he is entitled to some consideration here because he did come forward, you know, but one thing I want to be clear about, to the extent it can be read in any of these memos that his testimony was going to be so critical to the government's case, to the investigation and to the proofs at trial against Mr. Weinstein, I want to just dispel that because, frankly, the government didn't need Mr. Todd. I have been through this. I have been through this case. I have seen --I have seen the records. We got the Chambers victims here in court. There are tape recordings. So, you know, there is evidence here that was going to be overwhelming, and Mr. Todd certainly is entitled to consideration because of what he did, but I want to be very clear about the fact that Weinstein in my view was going to be convicted whether he pled guilty or not.…

9/15/14 -  Yeshivat Pirchei Shoshanim owes its students some honest answers. Thirteen years ago, Rabbi Fishel Todd started an ambitious program through the auspices of the Pirchei Shoshanim organization. Namely a smicha program for those that did not grow up in Torah centers, as well a curriculum to learn for the Israeli Rabbinut exams for those with a more normal learning background.

To do this he brought together an impressive group of Rabbanim. Rav Don Channan, musmach of Rav Azran of the Eidah, Rabbinut, Rav Deri, Rav Messas, and Rav Ovadia Yosef. Rav Dovid Ostroff, musmach of Rav S.Z. Auerbach, Rav Halberstam, Rabbanut, Rav Goldberg, Rav Meir Shtern and Rav Shternbuch. There was Rav Ezra Bloch musmach of Rav S.Z Auerbach, Rav Shach and Rav Kotler. Rav Shalom Gold of Jerusalem, Rav Yitzchak Tzvi Oshinski ect... and the list of impressive Chareidi Rabbanim continues to go on. The program quickly received endorsement of some prominent Rabbinic figures such as Rav Ezriel Auerbach, Rav Ovadia Yosef, and Rav Lau.

Under this umbrella the program grew, expanded, spawned Kollelim in Brooklyn, Lakewood, Philadelphia, Toronto, Dallas, Las Vegas, LA, Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem. They have taught thousands of students, awarded hundreds of smichas, and sponsored dozens of chaplains to the US military. A kashrut organization was started, serving odd places in Eastern Europe that even provided chassidishe shechitah. That was all in the first ten years.

Then two years ago the first rumblings of trouble began. Accusations of fraud arose against Rabbi Fishel Todd. Moral turpitude that simply does not belong in a Rosh Yeshiva. As the accusations proved more substantial the Vaad HaRabbanim of the Yeshiva asked Rav Fishel Todd to step down. He did not. As a result many of the great Rabbanim that started with the Pirchei Shoshanim program were quietly "laid off". Now their Rabbinic staff is a shadow of its former self.

Then last week Rav Fishel Todd plead guilty in US Federal court, as part of a plea deal that would keep him from further prosecution surrounding that particular fraud. Meanwhile accusations have arisen of another alleged fraud against Ball State University, as there are accusations arising of him allegedly giving out fake smichas.

In the midst of this there are many questions that need to be answered. What is the future of Yeshivat Pirchei Shoshanim, if any? What about the various alumni, now serving as Rabbanim around the world based on their YPS Smicha? What of the various chaplains that they have endorsed?

Unfortunately the students of Yeshivat Pirchei Shoshanim have been left in the dark. Not a single message has gone out explaining what has happened, what is happening, or what the future holds. For those who have Smicha from them this is obviously a great fear.

With the accusations arising of allegedly giving fake smicha's will their own continue to have any worth? For those who are simply using their materials to augment their normal Kollel learning to prepare for the Rabbanut exams, considering the price of their progams, the question remains will they continue or has their monetary investment been lost?

It seems clear that Pirchei owes its students some answers. The Rabbinical staff, including, perhaps even especially, those that left, owe their students some answers. Leaving them in the lurch is simply not Derech Eretz, it is not the way Rabbanim with stacks of Smichas from prominent Chareidi Gedolim should act. The splash damage from this could very well be incredible.

Haredi "General" Rabbi Fred "Fishel" Todd Linked To Ball State University Fraud

Haredi Rabbi Fred "Fishel" Todd of Lakewood, New Jersey vetted chaplains for the US Military and ran a smicha (rabbinic ordination) program. He also helped haredi über-scammer Eliyahu Weinstein steal millions of dollars. When caught, Todd acted as a cooperating witness against Weinstein and the other coconspirators in the scheme. And now Todd has been linked to another fraud, this time one committed against Ball State University in Indiana.

Attorney linked to BSU scandal prosecuted

MUNCIE – An attorney involved in the Ball State University investment scandal pleaded guilty this week to his role in an unrelated scheme that defrauded investors during the sale of Facebook stock to the public.
Seven people linked to the BSU ripoff have now been either convicted, disbarred, sued for fraud or gone bankrupt.

The latest is Fred Todd, aka Rabbi Fishel Todd, 61, Lakewood, N.J. He pleaded guilty in federal court in Trenton on Tuesday to receiving millions of dollars from investors who believed they were buying large blocks of Facebook shares prior to the company's initial public offering in May of 2012.

Todd and co-conspirators did not have access to the shares and kept the money for themselves.

Todd's law firm, Todd, Ferentz, Schwarcz and Rimberg, Los Angeles, represented Sterling Capital, a Los Angeles asset manager that was one of the parties with which Ball State invested $5 million in a fraudulent U.S Treasury STRIPS program during 2010.
In October of that year, Gale Prizevoits, then director of cash and investments at BSU, pressured Sterling Capital's Frank Saez to falsify a document he was asked to send to the State Board of Accounts to certify the safekeeping of the university's investment.
According to emails seized from Prizevoits' home computer by BSU officials a year later, Saez had agreed to falsify the document after consulting Todd.

"The attached is per our discussion with you and attorney Fred Todd, I hope that this meets your requirements," Saez wrote to Prizevoits on Oct. 7, 2010.

Prizevoits was fired from her $84,437 job by BSU President Jo Ann Gora for "incompetence, dishonesty, substantial and manifest neglect of duty, willful disobedience of university rules and regulations and gross misconduct."

She has not been charged with any crime by federal prosecutors, but Ball State officials said this summer they planned to present evidence to Delaware County Prosecutor Jeff Arnold to determine whether she committed any offenses under state law.  However, Arnold recently told The Star Press: "I have no involvement or knowledge of any investigation that is ongoing." Tom Taylor, vice president for marketing at Ball State, said in an interview this week that the university decided to postpone approaching Arnold until after Deborah Daniels completes her investigation of the scandal.

A former federal prosecutor, Daniels was hired by Indianapolis attorney Rick Hall, chairman of the Ball State board of trustees, to conduct an independent investigation of the $13.1 million in investments that Ball State lost when Prizevoits directed investments.
Taylor said he expects a report from Daniels to be completed and presented to the public within a month.

In the wake of the scandal, law enforcement action has been taken against Todd and six others:

• Seth Beoku Betts, Boynton Beach, Fla., pleaded guilty to securities fraud for his role in stealing funds from Ball State in a collateralized mortgage obligation (CMO) scheme.

• George Montolio, Bronx, N.Y., pleaded guilty to wire fraud for his role in stealing funds from Ball State in the T-STRIPS scheme.

• Jon Divens, an attorney from Beverly Hills, Calif., was disbarred for ripping off Betts.

• George Charles Cody Price, who hosted a radio show in San Diego called "The Wealth Weekend Hour," is defending himself against a fraud lawsuit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Betts had consulted Price for assistance with the BSU investment. The SEC claims Price concealed from investors the actual performance of their investment in one of the riskiest tranches of CMOs on the market. The lawsuit is not related to the Ball State fraud.

• In 2012, San Diego attorney H. Bruce Abbott and other defendants were sued in federal court by Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance Co. over an alleged "stranger-oriented life insurance" scheme. The alleged scheme is a "morbid and speculative" investment vehicle purchased with the intent of eventually transferring ownership to investors. Abbott was eventually dismissed from the litigation, which was settled out of court. He represented Blackhawk Wealth Solutions when Prizevoits invested $5 million of Ball State funds in suppsoed T-STRIPS. Prizevoits and Abbott communicated by email about BSU's investment.

• Peter Sollenne, a self-proclaimed "industry leader in wealth preservation" from Carlsbad, Calif., has not been charged but he has gone bankrupt. He was the principal of Blackhawk Wealth Solutions with whom BSU invested $5 million in supposed T-STRIPS.

It is clearly obvious why Noahide Nations and Rabbi Bloomenstiel could no longer be actively involved with Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim.  Neither of us could afford to have our reputations diminished
as a result of what Fishel Todd did to so many people.  But, out of respect, I continued to pay the yeshiva part of the revenues from the course.  Fishel Todd obviously does not have respect for what Noahide Nations did in his absence.

I hope this has answered the question of why Noahide Nations did what it had to do.

I am showing this document that lists the felonies Fischel Todd was convicted of because of another recent document sent to me by a number of students of Noahide Nations.  That document is the first document.  I am not, at all, saying to donate or to not donate, however, you have a right to know what has happened prior to this request from Fischel Todd of YPS.

8. Who is Rod Bryant of Netiv?

My wife Mary and I actually met with Rod Bryant many years ago and when we sat down with him my soul reacted to being in his presence, and not in a good way.  I do not know why my soul reacted the way it did, I guess  HaShem was just protecting me from whatever He felt was wrong.  So, we have avoided any contact with him as a result.  And, low and behold years later it was revealed why HaShem protected us.  Rod Bryant is a Ger and a member of the Ger Gang that I have previously exposed.  Yes, the same Ger Gang that belittled Rabbi Bloomenstiel, my self and Noahide Nations.  Yes, the same Ger Gang who's leader Mike Matlege released a video on hunting down Noahides who would not believe and/or comply in what they believe in.  Yes, these are the same people who threatened the life of Rabbi Bloomenstiel and his family.  If you are unfamiliar with these people or need a refresher please go HERE

At Netiv, founder Rod Bryant sold stacks of  'The World of the Ger' book and had David Katz teach at Netiv.  He was the MC at the Ger Gang conference in Waco, interviewed David Katz on his radio show on Israel National Radio as well as other involvement with the Ger.  I do not know if Rod participated in the evil abuse put out by the Ger Gang but he certainly knew it was going on and said nothing.  And, you know what they say..."your silence, is your consent".  Rod wasn't alone in this because there were hundreds of people who sat back and watched these people systematically slander me and attempted to destroy Noahide Nations, Rabbi Bloomenstiel and the very course that Rod is now bragging about having on Netiv.  This is one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen!  If you don't believe me when I say Rod is a Ger then believe him.

8.1. Rod Bryant's Admission of Being Ger

The following was excerpted from an article written about Rod Bryant.  I highlighted Rod's admission of being a part of the Ger Gang by telling the world that he lives his life as a Jew but is not halachly Jewish.  This is exactly what the Ger Gang out of Waco, TX. teaches.  You can do everything a Jew does but don't have to convert to Judaism.  You can confirm all this from previous articles.  He also makes the claim of being a leader in the International Movement.  He may be a leader in the false religion that is the Ger movement but he is certainly not a leader in the Noahide Movement.

It’s a quiet morning at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. A few people are milling about checking in for their flights, while others are gathering their baggage. I step outside the terminal into an early morning Texas breeze. It’s a little cool but humid. I scan the area looking for my contact and soon spot him waving to me from across the street. I grab my bag and rush over to his car. Rod (Reuven) Bryant is sporting a big black yarmulke on head and his face is covered by a well-trimmed beard. He is wearing a white button-down shirt and a sharp single-breasted black suit. “Shalom aleichem!” he exclaims as he embraces me in a hug. I notice the Glock pistol strapped to his waist; we are in Texas, after all. We climb into his small sedan and set off for Humble, a small suburb of Houston only ten minutes away.

After making some small talk we arrive at our destination. The sign above the door reads “Netiv Center for Torah Study.” “I don’t know if you davened yet, but if you haven’t, feel free to daven inside,” he tells me as he opens the door. I go in and find myself in a large room filled with tables and chairs. On one side there’s a small aron kodesh, and the rest of the walls are lined with bookcases full of sefarim. If you thought that I just walked into a kollel or yeshivah, think again; you’re in for a shock. And as for Rod, despite his appearance he’s not even Jewish.

Let me correct myself; it’s kind of complicated. Rod lives his life as a Jews, but he is not halachically Jewish. So what am I doing with a gun-toting, yarmulke-wearing non-Jew in Texas? Allow me to introduce you to a community of righteous people who keep the Sheva Mitzvos Bnei Noach. Rod Bryant is their leader. As a former pastor, he knows a thing or two about Christianity—which is why he is perfectly suited to lead this group of ex-Christians who are searching for the truth.

I am quickly introduced to several people who are members of this community. This is the place they gather several times a week to learn Torah and further their knowledge of Judaism......

9. Who is Rabbi Reuven Glucksman?

I would normally never have said anything regarding Rabbi Glucksman, but now that he has joined this band of Ger I am compelled to share with you why he was fired from Noahide Nations.  Rabbi Glucksman taught our Noahide Laws & Life Cycle Course for Class 6 and part of Class 7.  He works at Talmudic University of Florida and because I wanted him to feel welcomed my wife and I went down to Miami to visit the University.  Though Rabbi Glucksman took our course under Rabbi Bloomenstiel I had never met him personally and I really wanted to.  I was fortunate to speak with the Rosh Yeshiva and even sat in on one of the classes.  I had assumed, wrongly, that he would have teaching experience but the early weeks of Class 6 I started getting phone calls and emails from students who complained abut his teaching.  I just figured that they didn't care for his teaching style.  Everyone teaches differently so I told them that they would just need to get used to it if they wanted to get the necessary information and not to let his teaching style prevent them from doing so.  However, shortly after Class 7 started I started getting the same calls and emails but from a different set of students.  In fact Dennis Humphreys complained the loudest.  Dennis was so bad that other students complained about Dennis' total disruption of the class.  I find it ironic that Dennis now made Rabbi Glucksman the teacher of the same course on their Ger teaching site.

At this point I now had to investigate what everyone was talking about.  I watched some of the video recording's of his class and realized that he was simply reading the text from each lesson, just like a kindergarten teacher does in her class.  That wasn't even the worst of it. Upon further investigation I learned that all of his classes during Class #7 only averaged 29 minutes each and found other classes that were 15 and 17 minutes long.  During Rabbi Bloomenstiel's 5 years of teaching he never had a class that was less than an hour long.  The majority were over an hour long.  Rabbi Glucksman knew this because he took the course.

Rabbi Glucksman wanted me to pay him $100 per 1 hour class.  After a bit of negotiating we settled on $75.00 an hour.  You don't have to be a rocket scientist to calculate that at $75 for a 15 minute class, he was being paid $300 an hour.  So, not only was he stealing from Noahide Nations and HaShem he was also stealing from the students who had paid for the course.  All while teaching Torah.  I was absolutely appalled when I learned this and quite frankly got angry at him for having treated all of us so poorly.  Especially when he is representing Talmudic University and teaching Torah, while violating the Torah.  Unfortunately, I got so angry that I fired him that day.  Noahide Nations is not here to be used as a door mat by Gentiles or Jews.

10. Who is Jude Yehudah Dela Cruz of the Philippines?

Jude Dela Cruz is the "official" representative in the Philippines for Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim.

Jude Dela Cruz is the instigator of this entire mess in the Philippines.  Let me show what his first order of business was.  Below is his first email to me which was also his first mistake.  What kind of "Noahide Leader" accuses anyone of committing "unacceptable & unprofessional acts" without having any of the actual facts.  Shouldn't he have approached me in a more professional manner.  Something like showing some respect to your fellow man.  I guess this is how Pirchei is teaching Noahides now.  The knowledge he lacks is that Noahide Nations, i.e Ray Pettersen, was involved in this course's creation from the very beginning.  Yes, this certificate does have the name 'Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim' on it.  We have done this from the very beginning.  Even though we were partners in this venture we wanted to give the yeshiva acknowledgement because if was their idea to create the course.  Fishel has now given me permission to remove their name which is fantastic because I don't want any of our people to be associated with a felon's organization.

Mr. Cruz thinks very highly of himself because he has threatened me with criminal prosecution, which, of course, is laughable.  My point is that this is his and YPS' way to try and intimidate their fellow man.  He seems to think he is in charge of the Philippines Noahide people but it is easy to understand because Fishel is the exact same way.  This is how they treated they me as the founder of Noahide Nations who has been a Noahide for 20 plus years.  Can you imagine how they treat their students?  Not to worry, I will show you how they treat their students below in the students own words.  What is more amazing is that Netiv is now trying to raise money to send to this man to continue doing what he has been doing.  "I don't have the words!!!!!"

This is some of what I am having reported by former students about Jude Dela Cruz.  This is all from third party in the Philippines.

Some of our BNCPI members were former students of Mr Dela Cruz. After they finished their exams last may 2020, Mr Dela Cruz asked them to
produce a dry seal for YPS as a requirement for their graduation and promised them a certificate. The students did so and created the seal. But until
this very moment, no graduation or certificate was given by Mr Dela Cruz. They should be filing a complaint against Mr Dela Cruz but i told them
not to considering that he had also contributed to their learning. But now, I'm thinking of going about filing a complaint against Mr Dela Cruz
because this isn't right??  YPS should support the growth of Noahides in our country and not be jealous about other Noahide groups.

He also made up malicious issues before against Emmanuel Villegas but Emmanuel didn't pursue with a case of libel because of mercy.

Some of our BNCPI members were former students of Mr Dela Cruz. After they finished their exams last May 2020, Mr Dela Cruz asked them to

I don't know Mr Dela Cruz's purpose?? I've learned that he is going around bringing the good name of Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim up for his personal advancements.

It would seem that a student must pay for the course, study and pass the course and make something for YPS, Fishel and/or Jude Dela Cruze.

Noahide Nations has never asked graduates to make anything for us or anybody else, to receive their certificates.  They earned the certificates

and therefore received their certificate with no strings attached.  What they have done to their students is shameful.

       That's him wearing zitzit in meeting with native people.  I wonder if he is a Jew or a Ger?

































   

This is the Mezzuzahs he's selling to Noachides for P9,000 ($45) each. I'm one of his prospect buyers sir ray but I returned it to him.

His students read about "chiddushei dat" and they can no longer accept the teachings of Mr Dela Cruz because he is not even following what is being

taught in the YPS book. He is making his own way of doing things. He is misguiding the souls of Noachides.

Also, I have asked a few of his former colleagues and most of them have had ill experiences with him, especially in "monetary" issues. There's a Latin

maxim I learned in law school, sir ray, "pare delicto" ~he who comes to court must have clean hands.. sad to say, Mr Dela Cruz's hands are dirty.

He visited us every once and a while especially when he needs money. We helped him each time until early this year when he was evicted from his rented house due to unpaid rents.

11. Conclusions

In closing I would like to say that I always find in difficult to understand why people do what has been discussed in the previous material.  Particularly those who wave a flag of Torah in your face while violating it at the same time.  It is very disheartening and a huge distraction when I am forced to defend myself and Noahide Nations when there are so many more important tasks that need to be done, like, spreading HaShem's "Torah for Noahides" to the world.  However, I will continue to defend us against anyone who try's to harm us in any way, while we continue to do what we have been doing for 16 years.

If there is any doubts you may have about what Dennis Humphreys goals really are you can read his final email to me.  I have already explained what has transpired over the past seven years and I am more than prepared to fight this out in court.  They can explain to the Judge why I paid tens of thousands of dollars but received nothing of the course materials and was suddenly not allowed to use them.  Especially since the book is being sold online.  How can they deprive Noahide Nations from using the book filled with materials Noahide Nations helped pay for but Netiv is allowed to use the same book.  The answer to that should be very interesting.

The course was given its name by me not Pirchei Shoshanim, Netiv or Dennis Humphreys.  It was stolen by them.

Fishel Todd is now threatening people involved with Noahide Nations.  He is the last person who should talk about someone else's sin!

11.1. Conclusions

Let's make sure that Rod Bryant is not forgotten about.  He has spread the false teachings of the Ger around the world.

Last but not least is their man in the Philippines.  First picture is of Fishel using fear through intimidation to get his way while promoting his man in the Philippines.  Jews are not Dictator's over Noahides.  Where in Torah does it say they are?

After everything that has been shown and said by his own students, would you send your money to this man?  Would you even want to learn Torah from him when he can't even follow it himself?
